Meamwhile, Mitt Romney is an Anti-gay High School Bully that cut off the long hair of a gay boy who cried as Mitt Romney laughed as he sat on top of the boy and cut off his hair, against the boy's will. Others in Romney's gang, helped to hold down the boy per Romney's orders as Romney did the cutting with a large pair of scissors. As adults, these guys came out and confessed what they did, confronted the boy who died as an adult and apologized. They admitted that Romney was the boy who was in charge of the gang and cut the hair off the boy! Not one person has stated otherwise! So it stands, Romney is an anti-gay High-school Bully for life! Today, this is a criminal offense as he would be guilty of a antI-gay hate crime with the use of a weopon that can kill, punnishable with a prison sentence!

    How to Walk Properly

    Moderate-intensity walking is the best cardiovascular exercise you can give your body. It's low impact, which means it will reduce the impact on your knees, especially if you're carrying around more weight than you'd like to admit! It's important to walk with good posture, as it can increase the number of calories you burn and make your walk more enjoyable.

    You want walking to be a total-body experience, not just something that involves your legs. So make an effort to use your upper body, which will increase your calorie burn. Be sure to keep your head facing forward, not angled down, and hold your arms at 90-degree angles and pump them in the air as you walk. And when you step, concentrate on pushing off through your heels – not the balls of your feet.

    The best part of all is you can powerwalk anywhere: around your neighborhood, during your lunch break or even at the mall!

Perhaps Target should go out of business as they betrayed their investers and customer base. Target contributed massive funds to a politician who would like to exterminate gays. Now, Target can not stop us from Boycotting them, nor picketing, nor talking to customers near their stores; although, Target allows a anti-gay company such as the Salvation Army to stand outside their door and speak with customers and raise money. Isn't this a double standard?
    • End DOMA (Defense of Marriage Act). Prevents Federal employees and Gays in the Military from gaining equal benefits. Prevents Gay Partners from gaining equal benefits.
    • Pass a LGBT friendly ENDA (Employee Non-Discrimination Act). ENDA would prevent employment discrimination of LGBT workforce.
    • Boycott Salvation Army as they will not hire Gays! "DO NOT DONATE TO THEM."
    • BOYCOTT "Chick-fil-a" for donating money to anti-gay groups.
    • BOYCOTT KOCH INDUSTRIES PRODUCTS- to include their products: Angel Soft toilet paper / Brawny paper towels / Dixie plates, bowls, napkins & cups / Mardi Gras napkins and towels / Quilted Northern toilet paper / Soft 'n Gentle toilet paper / Sparkle napkins / Vanity fair napkins / Zee napkins / Georgia-Pacific paper products & envelopes / All Georgia-Pacific lumber & building products (INVISTA Products) / Lycra / Stainmaster Carpet. The billionaire - Koch brothers are ultra republican - tea bag founders/supporters that do not support causes of the LGBT community.
    • Boycott WALMART - The National Gay and Lesbian Task Force criticized Wal-Mart for denying employee benefits to same-s-x partners and for failing to prohibit discrimination based on gender identity. By comparison, the group said two other chain stores with a strong presence in New York, Costco and Walgreens, did much better.
    • "Tune Out Trump", Boycott all Trump Hotel, casinos, holdings, The Apprentice and NBC Network! At CPAC, Trump said he is considering a run for president as a Republican. In a interview with the Des Moines Register, Trump added that he opposes all forms of legal recognition for gay couples, not just marriage. "They should not be able to marry," he said. So why does NBC keep the Apprentice when Donald Trump has stated he may run for president? After making racist remarks about Obama and recv'g public backlash, Trump decided not to run for president after NBC renewed his awful TV Show. How can NBC re-new the clown's show after he pulled such hateful shenanigans?

    NAACP's support of gay marriage reverberates at convention

    HOUSTON (Reuters) - The biggest U.S. civil rights group's two-month-old decision to support same-sex marriage has opened rifts at its convention in Houston this week, pitting religious conservatives against political progressives.

     The 103-year-old National Association for the Advancement of Colored People's support for same-sex marriage is "a continuation of its historic commitment to equal protection under the law," the organization said in a statement when the resolution was approved at a board meeting in Miami on May 19.

    Since then a furor has erupted among members unrivaled since the group passed a resolution in 2010 that called on Tea Party groups to repudiate racist elements within their ranks, said Anita Russell, a member of the NAACP's national board and president of its Kansas City, Missouri, branch.

     "But that was from the outside," she said of the controversy. "This is internal."

     A few local chapter leaders -- and the Reverend Keith Ratliff of the NAACP national board -- resigned because of the resolution, which passed 10 days after President Barack Obama announced his support for same-sex marriage.

     With his announcement, Obama, who is not attending the NAACP convention, made a political bet in advance of the November 6 presidential election against likely Republican opponent Mitt Romney, who addressed convention attendees on Wednesday. Romney told the audience he will defend "traditional marriage."

     The split in opinions on the resolution was evident among NAACP members attending this week's convention. Rashida Martin, an NAACP chapter officer at Indiana University Bloomington, said she agreed with the action taken by the country's largest civil rights group.

     "The world is changing, and we should open our minds a little," she said.

     The Reverend James Nash, pastor of St. Paul's Missionary Baptist Church in Houston, said he disagreed with the resolution and that many people in his congregation called him to say they were outraged about the stance taken by both the NAACP and Obama.

     "I've got gay people in my congregation, but I would not marry them," Nash said. "That's not the will of God, but who am I to tell them what lifestyle choices they can make? As a preacher, I have to preach against that, but I'm not going to hate on anyone."

     Polls show that there has been an increase in support for same-sex marriage among Americans. A recent Gallup poll said that half of Americans believe same-sex couples should be allowed to marry. Six states and the District of Columbia allow same-sex marriage.

     But until recently, polls also showed that support for gay marriage among African-Americans lagged the general population. The support among blacks has risen since Obama's announcement, polls show.

     Russell said the resolution is in keeping with the group's mission to support equal rights for all people.

     "If we explain that enough to our members and supporters, they will understand why we took the stance we did," Russell said. "We're not asking them to change their beliefs. It's not a moral or a religious issue."

     'HIJACKING CIVIL RIGHTS'

     Ratliff, the national board member who resigned in protest, said at an Iowa statehouse rally last year that "deviant behavior is not the same thing as being denied the right to vote because of the color of one's skin."
