Re: [Peckers_Pics] Model Wars; May 23, 2010 - Safe PICS For All Ages, Rated G

We all love to see guys' bare chests, but a man in a suit (James Haskell) is also very appealing.
Thanks,
Bob

Glaucoma Risk Up with Type 2 Diabetes

Maintaining eye health and good vision are major concerns for many type 2 diabetics, says one study. Type 2 diabetes is responsible for a significant majority of cases of the most common form of glaucoma nationwide, according to research published in the journal Ophthalmology.

Based on data from more than 76,000 adult patients, the study estimated that 60%-70% of diagnoses of primary open-angle glaucoma, or POAG, are directly linked to type 2 diabetes. Researchers found that diabetics were significantly more likely to develop POAG even when other factors such as smoking, alcohol intake and a family history of glaucoma were taken into account.

Madonna blasts sentence given gay couple

BLANTYRE, Malawi, May 22 (UPI) -- Pop star Madonna, who has adopted two children from Malawi, calls the 14-year sentence given a gay couple there "a giant step backward."

In a statement on her Web site Friday, Madonna blasted the judge.

"I am shocked and saddened by the decision made today by the Malawian court, which sentenced two innocent men to prison," she said. "As a matter of principle, I believe in equal rights for all people, no matter what their gender, race, color, religion, or sexual orientation. Today, Malawi took a giant step backward. The world is filled with pain and suffering; therefore, we must support our basic human right to love and be loved."

Tiwonge Chimbalanga, 20, and Steven Monjeza, 26, received the maximum sentence for open homosexuality, 14 years hard labor, the New York Daily News reported. They came to the attention of authorities when they held an engagement party.

In addition to adopting two children from Malawi, Madonna has opened orphanages in the African nation.
