Doesn't surprise me in both cases... Cena don't really come off as the type to use many, if any, drugs. Him and Punk both come off as pretty much on the up and up and not into any illegal or shady stuff.
And you can pretty much tell by Cena's always upbeat attitude that he's one of the nicest people in the company.

I'm not sure if she means they had sex in a rental car at the airport, or if she means that's when they officially became a couple.

Yeah.. can't really picture a Hart not knowing how to work. I mean, I've heard for years from everyone what a lack of respect Teddy has for the business, but never heard anyone say he can't work.
