There will be a RAW GM announced this Monday, but so far they're keeping it under wraps. The rumour is that it may be Chris Jericho, but who knows.

at the end of that Raw, Orton "intimidated" her so much that she just ran off screaming "I resign". She tried to come back last week and say she didn't mean it, but she was escorted out of the building and a new GM is supposedly being named next week.
I guess Vickie wants time off again to spend with the kids (of course it's summer vacation, just like last year).

When Vickie was named the GM they only said that the guest host wouldn't have any power. Now that Vickie 'resigned', they do. They never mentioned no more hosts.
