[TOWWFFC] Bryan Danielson's Official Release Statement.

 

We didn't hear anything from Bryan Danielson over how he was fired because he choked Justin Roberts with a tie because WWE now has a no-speak clause that lasts for 90 days. Well that no-speak clause is up & he comments on the firing.

Since this statement was released I've been bombarded with messages asking me if it's real, and by now I'm sure that most people know that it is.

WWE is very serious about adhering to their PG guidelines, and apparently my actions during the NXT attack on John Cena, namely choking announcer Justin Roberts with his tie and spitting in Cena's face, crossed the boundaries of what is considered "PG." Perhaps the choking was too violent or perhaps the spit was too demeaning. I apologized for both immediately following the incident; but I would be a hypocrite if I apologized for putting everything I have into the attack. I would much rather have gone too far than to come up too short.

As with anyone who gets fired from their job, especially when they feel its unjust, I am angry. Very angry. But I can't fault WWE for how they handled my release. My contract contained a 90 day no-compete clause in the event I was let go, yet the WWE has graciously allowed me start wrestling again on any show that's not taped for television or pay per view.

So with the negatives there also come positives. Before I got signed by WWE last October, I worked hard to bring new fans to independent wrestling. But with most of us having little national exposure the only thing we could do was wrestle our hearts out and hope for word of mouth. Now that I've appeared on WWE television in front of millions of new fans, things are different. My goal is to garner as much interest in independent wrestling over the next 90 days as I possibly can. I hope that some of the people who enjoyed watching me wrestle on TV will give independent companies such as Evolve, Dragon Gate USA and Ring of Honor a chance. I think most of you would enjoy the intimacy between the fans and the wrestlers and the intensity of the action; if you ask the fans who went to the Chikara or AIW shows I was on this weekend, I'm sure 99% of them had a great time. So if you've never been to an independent show, go ahead and dip your toes in... you might find that the water is pretty nice.

As far as what happens after 90 days, nobody knows. I've "heard" that TNA is interested. There are petitions going around to get me back into WWE and the last several weeks there have been fans chanting my names at their shows. People have even brought signs showing their support. And though most of the signs get taken away and though WWE may not be listening to your chants or petitions, I truly appreciate all the support over the last several weeks. It is both overwhelming and heartwarming. But regardless of what offers come in, I am in no rush to make any rash decisions. I enjoy my freedom as much as I enjoyed the benefits offered by being in WWE. My future, as usual, is uncertain. But I am enjoying my return to the independents. I'm hoping to see some of you there.

Word coming from sources within WWE is that CM Punk will be out of action
for 4-8 weeks due to having surgery on his arm last week. He has been
working through the injury as of late, and was wearing a sling during
tonight's Friday Night SmackDown tapings.

Word from sources within WWE is that the company is beginning to lose
interest in the Monday Night RAW guest host concept. There is talk that the
angle may either end soon or will be cut down to only one guest host per
month.

*Mr. Anderson came to the ring to start the show and called out Jeff Hardy
about getting hit with a steel chair on last week's show. Anderson then says
that he will be a steel chair down to the ring during the main event

*The match between AJ Styles and Kazarian went to a double countout. Ric
Flair then announced that Styles and Kazarian would be involved in a tag
team match at TNA Victory Road, and they would lose if they don't work
together.

*Angelina Love defeated Daffney. After the match, Love called out TNA
Knockout Champion Madison Rayne, who talked Love into agreeing that she
would retire if she could not win the title at the pay-per-view. Love then
announced that if either Velvet Sky or Lacey Von Erich interfered in their
match in any way, then Rayne would automatically lose the title on a
disqualification

*Brother D'Von came to the ring and called out Brother Ray. Ray told D'Von
that Jesse Neal was a punk, then began talking tash to D'Von. A Triple
Threat Match between Ray, D'Von, and Neal is announced for TNA Victory Road.
Ray questioned D'Von's loyalty afterwards

*TNA Champion Rob Van Dam defeated Samoa Joe in what is being described as a
"must-see match". The ECW Originals showed up in the crowd during the match.
After Van Dam's win, Joe hit the Muscle Buster on the referee

*Jeremy Buck defeated Douglas Williams in a Ladder Match

*Matt Morgan and Beer Money, Inc. defeated Hernandez and the Motor City
Machineguns in a Six-Man Tag Team Match

*In the main event, Jeff Hardy defeated Mr. Anderson. After the match, Abyss
came down to the ring and took both men out. Rob Van Dam then came down, but
Abyss got to him as well. Van Dam then managed to hit the Van Terminator on
Abyss and he, Hardy, and Anderson threw Abyss out of the ring.

• We demand immediate end of DADT. It is out-right discrimination.
• Boycott Bill O'Reilly and FOX News and their advertisers.  Bill discussed a French commerical by McDonalds that was meant to show that McDonalds is Gay Friendly. Bill said what is next? Is McDonalds going to get be Al-Qaida friendly as well?  Further, Bill said that McDonalds would never show a gay friendly commercial in the USA.   We view this as Bill comparing Gays to Al-Qaida. How dare these people make this comparison.  Come on McDonalds, we want to see a USA Gay Friendly commerical on Network TV!  I will eat your burgers everyday for 365 days in a year if you do this! 
• Boycott Arizona because of their uncivilized anti-Immigration Law that encourages racial profiling and increases hatred towards minorities.  A remedy: Demand Republicans to  support Immigration Reform.  So Far, Republicans will not cooperate.  Are we all suppose to walk around with Birth Certificates in our hands?  Are we all suppose to "look 'White' or go to jail" (until all documents prove you are American)?  What if Arizona does not like Gay People?  Will that person be hastled for vertification of being a American?  Oh Wait, Arizona does not have laws protecting gay people nor rendering them equal rights. Oops! "My Bad" -  for not remembering.  I guess "Arizona does not like gay people."  Gay in Arizona and tanned?  You better have your papers!

Strawberries: A Succulent Sweet Treat

 

Prized by the ancient Romans, strawberries have been a tempting and delicious treat for millennia. Fragrant, juicy and oh-so-easy to pop into your mouth, strawberries are loaded with vitamins C and K and fiber. These succulent berries also have anti-inflammatory and anti-cancer properties and are packed with phytonutrients that protect your heart.

The beautiful ruby hue comes from powerful antioxidants that can prevent free radical damage and protect the body from premature aging. The red color also makes strawberries a gorgeous addition to fruit salads.

Although you can buy the frozen variety all year long, fresh strawberries are at the peak of their season from May through July, making them the perfect food for outdoor picnics and summer barbeques. At the supermarket, make sure that the berries you select are firm, plump and shiny red.

Wild strawberries are smaller than the cultivated kind, but don't let that discourage you – they have a more intense flavor.

SF Gay Pride Event Suspect Cleared Of Murder Charges

San Francisco police no longer believe the man arrested Saturday at a gay pride event after gunfire left one man dead is responsible for the murder, the San Jose Mercury News reported.

Ed Perkins, 20, was identified Tuesday by police as the man arrested in connection with the killing of 19-year-old Stephen A. Powell Jr. of San Francisco. Powell was among the three people hit by gunfire at about 11:30PM in the city's predominantly-gay Castro district as the Pink Saturday street party kicked off the city's 40th annual gay pride weekend.

Police say Perkins will face charges of carrying a concealed weapon but the murder charge has been dropped.

Investigators say none of the bullets fired at the scene came from Perkins' .357-caliber revolver.

Also injured in the gunfire were two other people, a 19-year-old woman and a 29-year-old man, both of whom are expected to make a full recovery.

Officials say their investigation will continue.

"The San Francisco Police Department is working to apprehend the individual who marred one of our most proud celebrations by bringing deadly mayhem to our streets," Kamala Harris, the city's district attorney, said in a statement.

"Every gay and lesbian person who has been lucky enough to survive the turmoil of growing up is a survivor. Survivors always have an obligation to those who will face the same challenges."
