After Batista talked to TMZ about his desire to compete in MMA for Strikeforce a couple of individuals stepped up calling BS on him. One who's heading to MY neck of the woods, another has some experience on the matter.

TMZ: "Batista may have left the WWE, but his most hated rival is still talking trash -- claiming the former heavyweight wrestling champ is gonna get crushed when Batista starts fighting for real in MMA.
TMZ spoke with WWE legend Booker T. -- who famously clashed with Batista in a real-life throwdown in '06 -- and Booker tells us he doesn't think Batista can "match up" with some of the big boys in Strikeforce.
In fact, Booker claims the 40-something-year-old wouldn't "last 5 minutes" in the ring with another WWE-star-turned-MMA-powerhouse -- Bobby Lashley.
As we first reported, Batista claims the wheels may already be in motion for his first fight ... no word if he'll get in the ring with Lashley. "
MMAFighting.com: "In another note mildly related to MMA, Brock Lesnar was asked his thoughts on former pro wrestler Dave Batista possibly competing in MMA. Lesnar and Batista both worked for WWE for several years, though Lesnar came to MMA with strong amateur wrestling credentials while Batista has no combat sports experience.
Earlier this week, Batista told TMZ that he'd signed with Strikeforce, though Strikeforce reps later denied any signing.
"Get in line, everybody and their dog wants to get into fighting," he said. "Next question. We're talking about a heavyweight championship fight, not some wannabe." "
