Take Action:
- Boycott advertisers of Glenn Beck on Fox News as well as all of FOX NEWS! Glenn has lied about Health-care, called our President a racist, and is anti-gay rights.
- We demand immediate end of DADT. It is out-right discrimination.
- Boycott Bill O'Reilly and FOX News and their advertisers. Bill discussed a French commerical by McDonalds that was meant to show that McDonalds is Gay Friendly. Bill said what is next? Is McDonalds going to get be Al-Qaida friendly as well? Further, Bill said that McDonalds would never show a gay friendly commercial in the USA. We view this as Bill comparing Gays to Al-Qaida. How dare these people make this comparison. Come on McDonalds, we want to see a USA Gay Friendly commerical on Network TV! I will eat your burgers everyday for 365 days in a year if you do this!
- Boycott Arizona because of their uncivilized anti-Immigration Law that encourages racial profiling and increases hatred towards minorities. A remedy: Demand Republicans to support Immigration Reform. So Far, Republicans will not cooperate. Are we all suppose to walk around with Birth Certificates in our hands? Are we all suppose to "look 'White' or go to jail" (until all documents prove you are American)? What if Arizona does not like Gay People? Will that person be hastled for vertification of being a American? Oh Wait, Arizona does not have laws protecting gay people nor rendering them equal rights. Oops! "My Bad" - for not remembering. I guess "Arizona does not like gay people." Gay in Arizona and tanned? You better have your papers!
- Did you complete your Diet Journal today? Get it done!
- Did you do any physical activity? If not, make a point of it by tomorrow!
- It is our hope that these photos shall inspire you!
Today's Health/Excercise Tip:Go Green and Eat Your Way LeanWith summer in full swing, what better time than now to renew dietary goals and chow down on some low-cal leafy greens? After all, one cup of dark leafy greens has only about 10 calories. But don't let the thought of slogging through a bowl of limp lettuce get you down. With endless fruit and veggie options available to top off your crisp greens, you can never run out of ideas for delicious, low-calorie salads.
Try a refreshing spinach salad topped with sliced pears, pecans, cranberries, and a tangy honey-Dijon vinaigrette. Or make up your own salad creations. A favorite: Top crispy romaine with grilled chicken, strawberries, avocado, feta cheese, and balsamic dressing for a salad that will satisfy your sweet, salty and creamy cravings all in one. Salads certainly don't have to be boring, which means the sky's the limit when it comes to building satisfying salad creations.
This group is called "Peckers PICS." The English - slang definition of "pecker" is to pluck at the truth. Therefore, we peck at items such as Gay Men's Health and Male Fitness, Gay (LGBT) Politics & Issues. In this section you may peck at each photo in order to decide the winner of the "war of the fittest!" Whereas, you should select the guy that may inspire you to exercise and "get fit!" Warning: This may stoke you!

The Huffington Post | Nick Wing - 06-22-10Gay rights groups are shooting back at former Arkansas Governor Mike Huckabee's recent claims that an inherent "ick factor" of homosexuality plays a part in his opposition to same-sex marriage.According to a forthcoming New Yorker interview released online Monday, Huckabee said, "We can get into the ick factor, but the fact is two men in a relationship, two women in a relationship, biologically, that doesn't work the same."
Human Rights Campaign Vice President Fred Sainz told Politico that he wasn't surprised by Huckabee's comments, and called the 2008 -- and perhaps 2012 -- Republican presidential candidate "a man who is consistently wrong and uninformed."
"Ick is being fired from a job, being the victim of a hate crime or being bullied at school simply because you are lesbian, gay, bisexual or transgender," Sainz told Politico. "And ick is certainly an appropriate way to describe Mr. Huckabee's mind going to sex when all that we are asking for is our equality. Ick, indeed."
Denis Dison, Vice President of the Gay & Lesbian Victory Fund, also responded to the comments, writing in an email to Politico:
"The man keeps putting his foot in his mouth...Talk about 'ick factor.' One can only guess Gov. Huckabee has discovered he gets more press hits every time he says something stupid about gay people."
Huckabee has exhibited a penchant for making inflammatory statements concerning gay rights. In an April interview with the College of New Jersey's student publication, the Perspective, the former Governor compared gay adoption to experimentation and reminded reporters that "Children are not puppies."
During the same interview, Huckabee said that "accomodat[ing]" advocates of same-sex marriage was no different than appeasing proponents of polygamy, illegal drug use and even incest.
"Every gay and lesbian person who has been lucky enough to survive the turmoil of growing up is a survivor. Survivors always have an obligation to those who will face the same challenges."
