Today's Health/Exercise Tip:Despise Daytime Hunger? Diet at DinnerAttention, dieters: Are you sick and tired of feeling hungry and exhausted by early afternoon? Fight daytime fatigue by following the "diet at dinner" philosophy. Instead of skimping on breakfast, the most important meal of the day, or lunch, the meal that takes you through to the end of the day, eat a substantial breakfast and lunch and scale down on dinner.
After all, dinner takes place at the time of day that you're winding down anyway. Your energy output is drastically decreasing, and there's no need to stuff yourself if you're going to bed in a couple hours.
Although dinner is traditionally our largest meal in the Western lifestyle, this is more of a social custom than anything else. It doesn't make sense to eat your largest meal at the end of the day if you're trying to lose weight. Don't diet at breakfast, and make sure you eat according to your hunger status at lunchtime. Then, when dinnertime rolls around, you won't feel so hungry that you end up overeating. Take your dinner portions down a notch, and you may soon be tightening your belt buckle instead of loosening it.
This group is called "Peckers PICS." The English - slang definition of "pecker" is to pluck at the truth. Therefore, we peck at items such as Gay Men's Health, Male Fitness, Gay (LGBT) Politics & Issues. In this section you may peck at each photo in order to decide the winner of the "war of the fittest!" Whereas, you should select the guy that may inspire you to exercise and "get fit!" Warning: This may stoke you!

Target Buzz Drops After Boycott Over Anti-Gay Donation
By On Top Magazine Staff / September 06, 2010
Target's reputation plummeted immediately after gay rights activists called for a boycott of the chain over its support of an anti-gay candidate, and has yet to fully recover.
According to Brandweek, Target lost one-third of its BrandIndex score, a measure of a brand name's buzz, over the course of 10 days in August when the news first broke. While the retail giant has rebounded some since, its score remains 14 points lower than in July.
Brandweek says its index "analyzes the most talked about brands based on buzz: The scores are based on weighing positive and negative perceptions of a brand."
The Minnesota-based Target donated $150,000 to the group MN Forward, an independent political fund supporting Tom Emmer, the anti-gay Republican nominee for Minnesota governor. Electronics giant Best Buy also donated money.
Target apologized for the donation but rejected a request by the Human Rights Campaign (HRC), the nation's largest gay rights advocate, to give an equal amount of money to a pro-gay candidate. HRC has said it will drop Target and Best Buy from its annual Buying for Equality Guide.
The progressive group MoveOn has launched ads urging shoppers to boycott the Minnesota-based retail giant for its $150,000 contribution. The group says corporations should stay out of politics.
Institutional shareholders are pressuring Target to rethink its donation policies to avoid future political stumbles.
"Every gay and lesbian person who has been lucky enough to survive the turmoil of growing up is a survivor. Survivors always have an obligation to those who will face the same challenges."
Remember: Boycott Target and Best Buy for donating money towards anti-gay political candidates/organizations and to Proposition 8 (California) to prevent gay marriage. The Formal Boycott began this past weekend. I stopped shopping these stores - even though I want a new washer/dryer and new clothes for the Fall. I would not purchase "Blood Diamonds," nor should a person / organization be contributing funds to both Hitler / Nazi's and the Jews at the same time! Obviously giving money to the Jews and not Hitler/Nazi's is the right thing to do. Hence, these companies violated my trust and well-being. They gave money to my enemy who would terminate me from my job, deny me housing and send me to a Internment camp. Therefore, goodbye Target and Best Buy! The CEO's of these companies have been insensitive to our reaction and do not even comprehend their actions! What takes so long to "fire" these Neanderthals?
