Okay I agree with Mark, great post that you found there, & I agree with Satt. Let me explain.
WWE has a policy now of hiring mostly normal models or fitness models. The only times they hired actual female wrestlers I can count on my hand in the past few years: AJ Lee, Serena, & Aloisha (she did compete in the indys as "Isis The Amazon"). Most of FCW, NXT Season 3, & WWE nowadays have been Un-Divas.
Something I learned in my acting days was something that one of my acting teachers taught me: If an actor can make you believe that he's the character that he's portraying & not some guy AS the character then he's doing his job.
Most of the Un-Divas can't do crap in the ring. It ruins the whole concept of them as wrestlers which makes it bad for everybody that's watching. One of the MAIN reasons why the Women's & Diva's Title are going to be unified at "Night Of Champions" this weekend. The WWE Diva's Division is SO bad because of all the Un-Divas on the roster so it's better to unify the titles & have less ring time of them & more of them posing for the sexy.
Which leads me to Skeletor. McCool gets a HYOOGE push yet she has the in-ring ability of a dying goldfish that jumped out of it's fishbowl, just flopping around. Most of her opponents in her feud are Divas that are WAY more skilled than her because Skeletor in a ring with an Un-Diva is WAY too gruesome to watch. Yet she gets all these title pushes. Mark's article that he found on how Layla's current Women's Title run was exactly how I felt; two "Co-Women's Title Holders" is a complete disrespect to the title with no explanation at all. And now that Skeletor will wrestle Melina for the Unified Women's Title; I'm going to tell you all that McCool will win that match, unify the titles, & I'll say a hearty F-U to WWE & stop watching all of their programming. Melina on the other hand I'll cheer like a mofo!
But Mark with that article you posted I have to disagree with one point in it. "Piggy James" was created mostly because that was WWE's way of telling Mickie James to loose some weight since they saw her as FAT & she didn't want to loose the weight. Like what they did with Cody Rhodes & Matt Hardy recently before Hardy went "Coo-Coo for Cocoa Puffs".
It's just amazing what you can do when you're married to The Undertaker while giving up "backdoor access".
Bonus: People rag on Triple H for the same reason I have for Skeletor. Difference is that Triple H CAN wrestle. McCool couldn't even do THIS right!
