No, not PPV. They use that for the stuff like Wrestlemania etc.
Raw and Smackdown are on the regular PayTV Channels.
I pay about $50 a month for the PayTV channels through Foxtel.

RAW's on a cable channel in The U.S. as well. So I have to pay for it to,

because of him choking Justin Roberts with his own tie during the NXT
invasion angle on RAW.
Word is that someone very important complained to WWE officials about the
angle with the idea that kids who were watching may think it's fun to choke
people with their ties. It's unknown who actually complained but it had to
be someone with a lot of power.
Bryan is being described as a scapegoat. WWE does want to bring him back
to the roster once the whole thing blows over."
The popular theories among the Internet fans are...
1. Corporate Sponsor: Mattel, the company that makes the WWE Action
Figures, or some other company REAL big saw what Daniel did & was afraid
kids would emulate him so he got canned.
2. Linda McMahon: Someone in Linda McMahon's U.S. Senate Campaign, or
Linda herself, saw this & thought this could hurt her political campaign &
asked for Bryan to be let go.
3. "No Choking" rule: How WWE tries to push a "PG" show that includes
images of no blood, there could had been a no choking rule that Bryan
violated. Example of it was Heath Slater was going to choke out Cena but was
stopped mysteriously.
4. Didn't care: Bryan wanted to be FIRED.
If I had a theory in it. Bryan embarrassed "Kal-El" by spitting on him &
kicking him so Cena had him FIRED.
To support the "work" side of his firing.
Corporate only mentions those that FAIL the Wellness Program. Gabe
Sapolosky, ex-ROH Booker that loves Bryan, says that it's a work.
