Subject: [TOWWFFC] DDP sues band 3OH!3.
Just in case you haven't heard of them. Rising band "3OH!3"; I have seen this band in person let me say band is OK but their fans need to die, is being sued by DDP. The reason? I'll give you a hint: Jay-Z
Source: AltPress.com
"Multiple celebrity gossip websites are reporting that 3OH!3 have been sued by former professional wrestler "Diamond" Dallas Page over accusations they're infringing the copyright he owns on the world famous "hand diamond" gesture that the group uses for their logo. According to the lawsuit filed on August 31, Page claims that defendants 3OH!3 have "misappropriated Plaintiff's Diamond Cutter trademark hand sign to promote its apparel, entertainment services, and other products."
The legal paperwork is apparently at Tila Tequila's website I THEENK. To spare you all of the horror that is Tila Tequila, I'm not posting it.
