Today's Health - Wellness / Exercise / Reflections:Tone Your Back With a Swiss Ball RowToday I want you to ditch your same-old, tired workout and try a new exercise: the Swiss ball row. It's an advanced exercise that may feel a little awkward at first, but I promise it'll yield great results. Your lower back muscles, called latissimus dorsi, will firm up in no time with this fun move.
Step 1: Hold a pair of dumbbells and straddle the ball at your waist. Raise your head and chest, creating a slight arch in the back.
Step 2: Breathe slowly and rhythmically as you pull the dumbbells up and back toward your body in a rowing motion through a count of 10 seconds. Hold and squeeze your shoulder blades together at the maximum tension point for 2 seconds.
Step 3: Return to the starting point through a count of 10 seconds.
Step 4: Repeat three times without resting.

Is McDonalds going to get be Al-Qaida friendly as well? Further, Bill said that McDonalds would never show a gay friendly commercial in the USA. Imagine, Bill is comparing Gays to Al-Qaida!
- Boycott Arizona the home of senile - Sen. John McCain: because of their Hateful anti-Immigration Law that encourages racial profiling and increases hatred towards minorities. A remedy: Demand Republicans to support Immigration Reform. Further, Their Senator McCain voted against ending DADT and blocked Immigration reform! We shall hold the voters of Arizona responsible!

- End DOMA (Defense of Marriage Act). It prevents Fed'l employees and Gays in the Military from gaining equal benefits. It prevents married gay couples from gaining Fed'l Benifits.
- We need ENDA (Employee Non-Discrimination Act). We do not want to be fired from our job because we are GAY!

20College Football Hotties of 2010 – No. 1 Ryan Van Rensburg
This year's list, like 2009s, was dominated by quarterbacks, but the No. 1 hottie of 2010 is best at a position his team no longer employs. I'm speaking of Vanderbilt fullback/halfback Ryan Van Rensburg. Van Rensburg didn't come up through the traditional Pop Warner, junior high, high school football route, because he's originally from South Africa. Van Rensburg's grew up playing rugby and only started playing football when his family moved to the United States in 2000.
Under former head coach Robbie Caldwell's spread offense, Rensburg's role was diminished to backup tight end and special teams play. The day before Caldwell resigned Van Rensburg was reportedly considering either a transfer or leaving football entirely. However, with Caldwell's departure, Van Rensburg will probably base his should-I-stay-or-should-I-go decision more on what type of offense the new head coach will bring to Nashville.

Guidugli was a Sporting News' Second-Team Preseason All-America selection this year after catching 27 balls for 364 yards in his junior season. While the 6-1, 230-pound senior from Kentucky isn't putting up the same kind of numbers as he did last year, most of that can be attributed to what is simply a less potent offense this year.
After consecutive losses to South Florida and Syracuse — Syracuse, really?!? — Cincinnati is in a bye week before facing Big Least power West Virginia Nov. 13.
22College Football's Top 25 Hotties of 2010 – #11 Joel Bonomolo
Auburn defensive end Joel Bonomolo hasn't seen the field for the Tigers this year but playing time isn't a qualifier for TheSportsFag's Top 25 Hotties of College Football Rankings. In fact, the only qualifier is (a) be hot and (2) be a college football player.
The 6-3, 245 lb self-described workout freak took to the JUCO route out of high school playing for Fullerton (Calif.) so he could work on his grades, and possibly some weight lifting.
At Fullerton, Bonomolo made the Dean's List and was ranked No. 29 on the 2010 Rivals Junior College Top 50. Which begs the question: Where would you rather be ranked Dean's List, Junior College Top 50 or on TheSportsFag's Top 25 hotties rankings?
Seriously, brains and football are fleeting. Looks last, well almost forever.

Christian Ponder is the third player from the 2009 rankings to make TheSportsFag's 2010 Top 25. With another year of development under his football pants, Ponder's really turned into a fine quarterback for Florida State.
Considered by some Seminole faithful to be a Hesiman hopeful before the season started, Ponder has been steady but not spectacular. The senior from Colleyville, Texas will not overwhelm you with a big arm or blazing speed, but he does possess a football acumen that has some draft experts putting him into the late first round of the 2011 NFL Draft. Ponder certainly has the size and strength you'd like to see at the NFL level and he's worked hard to cut down on costly interceptions that plagued him in 2008.
24Top 25 College Football Hotties of 2010 – #25 Nate Montana
Yes he's that Montana, the son of quarterbacking legend Joe Montana.
So the inevitable question is: Will Nate be able to win a championship at Notre Dame like his old man did in 1978? The far-fetched prospects of that happening seemed highly improbable when the former walk on transferred to Pasadena City College last fall, but Nate returned to the Irish in January and outplayed projected starter Dayne Crist in the spring game.
What is it with Notre Dame and blonde quarterbacks?

Op-Ed: The Word 'Hate' Ends Debate On Gay Marriage
NPR / Dec 22, 2010In the passionate debate over gay marriage, supporters sometimes accuse those who disagree with them of spreading hate.
It raises a difficult question: Where do you draw the line between what constitutes fair debate, however spirited, and what can be appropriately deemed as hate speech?
In a piece for The Washington Post, Matthew Franck, director of the William E. and Carol G. Simon Center on Religion and the Constitution at the Witherspoon Institute, argues that "the charge of 'hate' is not a contribution to argument; it's the recourse of people who would rather not have an argument at all."
"I've been seeing over the course of the last year a number of episodes," Franck tells NPR's Neal Conan, "in which one sees people holding the traditional view of sexual morality, or simply opposing same sex marriage ... being tarred with the hate label."
He cites the Christian Legal Society's exclusion from campus recognition at the University of California's Hastings College of the Law and the Manhattan Declaration app, which was "chased out of the iTunes store" due to a number of complaints "that it was a 'hate-fest.'"
Franck acknowledges that "there are people saying hateful things, and perhaps the label 'hate group' might be accurately applied to some of them."
But he thinks "playing the hate card" prematurely ends the debate over gay marriage, when he believes there are legitimate legal arguments against it.
