There comes a point when you have to say "Enough is enough!" Frustration can create a powerful desire for change – in fact, it's one of the most valuable motivational tools there is. Think about how being unfit has cost you, whether in your career, intimate relationship or your family. How many activities have you missed out on because you physically couldn't partake in them? How often have you stayed home because you felt too ashamed or embarrassed about your body?

Be honest with yourself. Explore each and every aspect of your life in which inactivity and overeating has held you back. Then pick up a pen and let your dissatisfaction tumble out onto the pages of your journal. (If you don't already write in a journal, start one!) Once you're done, you'll have the genesis of your success right in front of you. These are the reasons you need to change your life for good. Use it to propel you toward your goals. When you experience moments of doubt or start to question whether you really need to work out, go directly to this page in your journal and read it. Make the dissatisfaction work for you!

Update: (12/26/2010): Target is continuing to donate to anti-gay groups/causes/politicians. Update 03/08/11 - Lady Gaga Ends Target Partnership, Reportedly Over Target's Poor LGBT Stance. Update 3/25/2010 - Target displays their hypocrisy and Sues California Gay Rights Group for Lobbying Outside Stores. Target is attempting to block the LGBT right of free speech! STOP SHOPPING AT TARGET!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Update 4/8/2011: Target lost its case to stop the LGBT from canvassing in front of their stores. A huge PR Disaster for TARGET! Perhaps Target should go out of business as they betrayed their investers and customer base. Target contributed massive funds to a politician who would like to exterminate gays. Now, Target can not stop us from Boycotting them, nor picketing, nor talking to customers near their stores; although, Target allows a anti-gay company such as the Salvation Army to stand outside their door and speak with customers and raise money. Isn't this a double standard?
  • End DOMA (Defense of Marriage Act). Prevents Federal employees and Gays in the Military from gaining equal benefits. Prevents Gay Partners from gaining equal benefits.
  • Pass a LGBT friendly ENDA (Employee Non-Discrimination Act). ENDA would prevent employment discrimination of LGBT workforce.
  • Boycott Salvation Army as they will not hire Gays! "DO NOT DONATE TO THEM."
  • BOYCOTT "Chick-fil-a" for donating money to anti-gay groups.
  • BOYCOTT KOCH INDUSTRIES PRODUCTS- to include their products: Angel Soft toilet paper / Brawny paper towels / Dixie plates, bowls, napkins & cups / Mardi Gras napkins and towels / Quilted Northern toilet paper / Soft 'n Gentle toilet paper / Sparkle napkins / Vanity fair napkins / Zee napkins / Georgia-Pacific paper products & envelopes / All Georgia-Pacific lumber & building products (INVISTA Products) / Lycra / Stainmaster Carpet. The billionaire - Koch brothers are ultra republican - tea bag founders/supporters that do not support causes of the LGBT community.
  • Boycott WALMART - The National Gay and Lesbian Task Force criticized Wal-Mart for denying employee benefits to same-s-x partners and for failing to prohibit discrimination based on gender identity. By comparison, the group said two other chain stores with a strong presence in New York, Costco and Walgreens, did much better.
  • "Tune Out Trump", Boycott all Trump Hotel, casinos, holdings, The Apprentice and NBC Network! At CPAC, Trump said he is considering a run for president as a Republican. In a interview with the Des Moines Register, Trump added that he opposes all forms of legal recognition for gay couples, not just marriage. "They should not be able to marry," he said. So why does NBC keep the Apprentice when Donald Trump has stated he may run for president? After making racist remarks about Obama and recv'g public backlash, Trump decided not to run for president after NBC renewed his awful TV Show. How can NBC re-new the clown's show after he pulled such hateful shenanigans?

    Former US President and Former GA Gov. Jimmy Carter felt that TROY DAVIS should not be executed and deserved a re-trial. The Former Director of the FBI felt that TROY DAVIS Was Not Guilty! Titanic Anniversary: Ship's Gay Passengers Revealed In New Research

The R.M.S. Titanic continues to remain a heartbreaking emblem of maritime history 100 years after her ill-fated maiden voyage. Now one historian is shedding new light on a considerably less-heralded segment of the tragedy: the ship's gay, or at least presumably gay, passengers.

In an OutHistory. org essay, historian James Gifford offers a scholarly survey on the private life of Archibald Willingham Butt, who served as an influential military aide to U.S. presidents Theodore Roosevelt and William Howard Taft prior to his death on the Titanic. Traveling with Butt was his friend Frank D. Millet, an artist who also went down with the ship (the pair, Gifford notes, was berthed separately on the ship).

"Archie always fascinated me, and not least because most accounts always referred to him as a lifelong bachelor," writes Gifford. He goes on to describe Butt as a fashionable "dandy" who liked fashion, antique shopping and the company of numerous female acquaintances: "A handsome man who stayed in shape, Butt's not marrying was a sticking point for me."

He notes:
"Of course there is no conclusive evidence that Archibald Butt was gay, and I find it highly unlikely, given Archie's careful self-image control, that he ever committed to paper any overt thoughts of such a nature. He was too canny an individual for that, too conscious of the risk in military and political ranks, where such an idea would have put a quick end to any hopes of advancement.

So I can only suggest that my research results in an "impression" that he was homosexual... Of course men can like antiques, be mother-obsessed, remain an inveterate bachelor, notice the colors of ladies' dresses, live constantly in a home full of men, without being gay. We all know that, yes."
Gifford provides more ample evidence for the case of Butt's friend Millet being gay: "So far as I knew, Millet was the only gay man to die on the Titanic. Millet, though married, lived apart from his wife for a good deal of the time. It was largely his doing that Archie was with him on the ship at all."

 Also published on the site are a series of letters written by Millet to writer Charles Warren Stoddard, which indicate that the two had a loving, sexual affair in Venice in 1875, 37 years before the Titanic's maiden voyage in 1912. Those letters were transcribed by OutHistory's Claude M. Gruener, a gay artist and writer in Albany. Reads one:
"My dear old Boy, I miss you more than you do me and gaum [pine] constantly - after dark -- Why should one go and the other stay. It is rough on the one who remains." 
Gifford is not the first historian to make such implications about Butt and Millet. As he notes, Max Allan Collins' 1999 fictional novel "The Titanic Murders" also suggested the pair had been romantically involved during the voyage. Author Hugh Brewster also wrote of Butt and Millett in his book "Gilded Lives, Fatal Voyage: The Titanic's First-Class Passengers and Their World," according to The Advocate.

But as OutHistory founder Jonathan Ned Katz told HuffPost Gay Voices, "Gifford's given us a more careful and documented account. He certainly would've been interested if he'd found evidence that they were lovers."

Katz did acknowledge one major difficulty in drawing too dramatic a conclusion over Gifford's essay: "The categories of homosexual and heterosexual weren't yet 'invented' at this point. They couldn't have thought of themselves in those exact terms." Katz added that while Gifford found no evidence of a truly homosexual relationship between the two, "he did end up thinking that when all of the aspects of [Butt's] personality were put together, it suggested to him that he may have been a repressed homosexual."
