Satisfying all protein needs by meat is unhealthy, this will kill your joints in 10 years.
I restrict my meat to few, but "good" meat, fish and chicken. No sausages, no burgers, etc.
Alternatively do more cardio 2 burn it.I just need to avoid the pasta and the buns and breads to keep off the weight.
