[Peckers_Pics] Re: Need some advice on diet for vegetarian

1st I would like to thank group members by giving your time,
consideration in answering PASH!

I really enjoyed a all the members who have PASH wonderful suggestions.

The item I would like to consider for people who want to diet, is to get
some profiessional supervision. Eacjh person's age, physcial condition
is different. Unaware of medications, disease, as well certfiable
amount of weight that relaly needs to be loss and how much muscle needs
to be gained. Don't know if you work or if you disabled. Do not know
if diabetes, HIV play a rile. And these are private issues and i usually
recommend beginning with your primary physcian and asking him for the
names of the most qualified nutritionists in your town/city! A good
nutritionist is interested in what you enjoy eating. Nutritionist
should ask for a diary of what you consume daily. Remember, in each
message i send, i recommend that all members keep a diary of their food
intake and excerice. Include your mental state at the time.

Some people need more carbs, some require less carbs. Some people
require more protein, some require less protein.. On a vegeran diet mit
is important to make sure that you do not have food allergies. I have
seen several patients develop food allergies towards Soy. Also, their
are some suggestions that SOY plays a role in increasing the growth of
estrogen based female hormones.

Now a vegan diet would not include milk nor cheese. Also, a lot of the
soy sysnthetics of hotdooks, cheicken, etc, have sigh sodium levels. It
is best not to proeend and come up with new recipies. For instance, i
never go into a japanese restaurant lookign for synthetic foods. Any
synthetic food is treeated by obnoxious chemicals, etc.

Everyone is welcome to comment.
