Your Winter Resolution: Fab Abs!
 
Face it: Your abs need work. Those crunches you swore you'd do are still undone, and you haven't done a sit-up since summer. You need a simple stomach workout to help get you back on the abs track. Today, I want you to practice this ab twist, which works your obliques, the long muscles that run along the sides of your stomach. It's an abtastic move that will trim and tone your belly faster than you think!

Step 1: Lie on your back with your arms outstretched, palms facing down.
Step 2: Raise your knees up to a 90-degree angle. Drop your knees down to one side.
Step 3: Breathe slowly as you rotate your knees to the other side through a count of 10 seconds.
Step 4: Hold and squeeze for 2 seconds at the maximum tension point, about one inch from the ground.
Step 5: Then rotate to the other side through a count of 10 seconds.
Step 6: Repeat 3 times without resting.

Fear leads to anger...

It's no surprise that the former Navy pilot sees himself as a champion of the military, and he chides Obama for inexperience in pushing to lift the ban on openly gay service members. But McCain is indulging in semantics when it comes to Don't Ask Don't Tell. 
In 2006, he said on MSNBC that "the day that the leadership of the military comes to me and says, 'Senator, we ought to change the policy,' then I think we ought to consider seriously changing it." Now that Adm. Mike Mullen, chairman of the Joint Chiefs, supports the Pentagon's move toward junking DADT--and even McCain's wife, Cindy, has appeared in a gay rights group's video opposing the policy--the senator is blocking Obama's plan.

Anger leads to hate...

"I understand that's his commitment to the gay and lesbian community," McCain says. But while a Pentagon study released Tuesday found more than two-thirds support for the change among service members and said disruptions would be minimal, McCain wants a broader study that would focus on combat readiness.
Hate leads to suffering...

His explanation: "The Marine commandant is opposed to [dropping] Don't Ask Don't Tell. I know for a fact the other three service chiefs have serious reservations."

As for their superiors, McCain casually mentions the commander in chief and defense secretary, "neither of which I view as a military leader."
"Every gay and lesbian person who has been lucky enough to survive the turmoil of growing up is a survivor. Survivors always have an obligation to those who will face the same challenges."

URGENT:  Boycott Gold's Gym, Target and Best Buy for donating money towards anti-gay political candidates/organizations and to Proposition 8 (California) to prevent gay marriage. I would not purchase "Blood Diamonds," nor should a person / organization be contributing funds to both Hitler / Nazi's and the Jews at the same time!   Obviously giving money to the Jews and not Hitler/Nazi's was the right thing to do.   Hence, these companies violated my trust and well-being.   They gave money to my enemy who would terminate me from my job, deny me housing and send me to a Internment camp.  Therefore, goodbye Gold's Gym, Target and Best Buy!  The CEO's of these companies have been insensitive to our reaction and do not even comprehend their actions!  What takes so long to "fire" these Neanderthals?
