Hugs, Phil Moderator: yes Grace Church is Episcopal. But, as some of you know, i have a policy that i do not push any one religion and do not put down any religion. Therefore, i can not allow further messages on this any further. I am not catholic but have seen catholic churches with aids quilts as well. I have seen them in all religions. The reformed Jewish temples are accepting as well; but i dont push reformed jewish temples. Lets leave religion out of the group as it is hurtful to others who have other beliefs, etc. There are too many wars over religion and it steers up a lot of ill will.... ......thanks for understanding. Look, i get enough flack just trying to tell meembers to join the obama group. They call me Hitler in emails (and yes i delete it as it is offensive). I guess they know nothing about history or how awful Hitler was. Here is some background info: For the 20th anniversary of the Names Project, Grace Cathedral was loaned panels of the AIDS Quilt to hang on both sides of the nave in December 2007. The cathedral ordinarily has several panels that are hung on a rotating basis in the Interfaith AIDS Memorial Chapel. Like San Francisco generally, Grace Cathedral was hit hard by the AIDS epidemic. This has been a major point of contact for ministry to the wider community. ....jake
