Calling the CEO isn't really going to accomplish much in today's culture. They can deal with that sort of problem easily the trick is to make it very hot and uncomfortable for them as a whole. One way to that is to target the members of board. Once they start feeling the heat then things change. So instead of targeting just the Target you boycott not only them but the various companies that board members come from. Plus you start contacting them.
The board for Target includes people from McDonald's, Wells-Fargo, Eli-Lilly and General Mills.
If you go to the web site and drill down you can find the annual report and find the list of board members. Once the actions of Target start having negative publicity on other companies, I would think the heat would be turned up significantly on Mr Steinhafel CEO of Target.

Upward Bound! Sculpt Your Shoulder Muscles

Previously, I showed you the shoulder press on a bench, so now I'll show you its cousin, the shoulder press on a Swiss ball. I know, it doesn't sound much different – but it is! Performing this shoulder press with the support of a Swiss ball accomplishes two things: It provides a greater challenge to your trunk musculature, and it'll help train and stabilize your spine. More reasons to love a soft, agile surface to work out upon.
However, a Swiss ball isn't as stable as a bench or the floor, and it may not be appropriate for people with back problems (or if balance and stability is a concern). Always use workout tools and accessories that are safe and best-suited for you.
Step 1: Hold a pair of dumbbells and sit on the ball with your back straight, abs tight, and chin up. Extend the dumbbells up and together directly over your head, palms facing forward.
Step 2: Breathe slowly as you lower the weights down through a count of 10 seconds.
Step 3: Hold for 2 seconds at the maximum tension point (chin level).
Step 4: Press the dumbbells up to the starting point through a count of 10 seconds.
Step 5: Repeat three times without resting.

Apple needs to know that the decision to allow this App on their products is a fallacious idea! This is offensive not just towards the LGBT community in the USA; but, offensive to the entire LGBT community around the world. Minneapolis-based Target Corp. is going to sue the group Canvass, gay-marriage activists, who are canvassing outside the retailing stores of the company in San Diego area.
The company claims that the canvassing outside its stores is not only harassing its customers but is also hampering its business.
Rights advocates claimed that the legal battle between the Target and Canvass for a Cause can stress the relationship of the retailer with members of gay and lesbian community. The retailer has already spoilt its relation by baking donations worth $150,000 to MN Forward, which was in support for Tom Emmer, who opposed gay marriage, in the governor's race.
On Friday, during court hearing in San Diego, David McDowell, attorney for Target informed the judged that solicitors are canvassing on the private land and the company has the right for enforcing its policy against the solicitors.
The attorney for Canvass for a Cause, Bryan W. Pease, however refuted the claim made by the Target's attorney saying that the area surrounding the stores come under public domain.
Fred Sainz, Spokesman for the Washington-based Human Rights Campaign, said, "Some of the documents of the case seem to suggest selective enforcement, and that's so incredibly important", and further added "If it's a blanket rule prohibiting outside solicitors, I have no place to go.
