Take Action:
- Boycott advertisers of Glenn Beck on Fox News as well as all of FOX NEWS! Glenn has lied about Health-care, called our President a racist, and is anti-gay rights.
- We demand immediate end of DADT. It is out-right discrimination.
- Boycott Bill O'Reilly and FOX News and their advertisers. Bill discussed a French commerical by McDonalds that was meant to show that McDonalds is Gay Friendly. Bill said what is next? Is McDonalds going to get be Al-Qaida friendly as well? Further, Bill said that McDonalds would never show a gay friendly commercial in the USA. We view this as Bill comparing Gays to Al-Qaida. How dare these people make this comparison. Come on McDonalds, we want to see a USA Gay Friendly commerical on Network TV! I will eat your burgers everyday for 365 days in a year if you do this!
- Boycott Arizona because of their uncivilized anti-Immigration Law that encourages racial profiling and increases hatred towards minorities. A remedy: Demand Republicans to support Immigration Reform. So Far, Republicans will not cooperate. Are we all suppose to walk around with Birth Certificates in our hands? Are we all suppose to "look 'White' or go to jail" (until all documents prove you are American)? What if Arizona does not like Gay People? Will that person be hastled for vertification of being a American? Oh Wait, Arizona does not have laws protecting gay people nor rendering them equal rights. Oops! "My Bad" - for not remembering. I guess "Arizona does not like gay people." Gay in Arizona and tanned? You better have your papers!
- Did you complete your Diet Journal today? Get it done!
- Did you do any physical activity? If not, make a point of it by tomorrow!
- It is our hope that these photos shall inspire you!
Today's Health/Excercise Tip:Can Fruit Make You Skinny?Riddle me this: What do fruit eaters have that others don't? No, it's not a higher IQ it's the likelihood that they'll keep a trim figure for years to come. Studies show that fruit eaters stay slimmer than those who don't eat the recommended two to four servings a day.
Why are fruit eaters at an advantage? They tend to be more health-conscious all-around and eat fewer high-calorie, low-nutrient processed foods. After all, fiber-rich fruits, such as apples, are low in calories and can keep you full for hours.
Think like a fruit eater and you, too, can slim down. Start by eating more fresh fruit as your snacks, then get creative with ways you can incorporate more fresh produce into your everyday meals.
Just don't try and substitute fresh fruit with juices or canned fruit cocktails; they're high in sugar and calories and will stimulate your appetite, causing you to eat more than you really need. Orange you glad fruit is so good for you?

Therefore, we peck at items such as Gay Men's Health and Male Fitness, Gay (LGBT) Politics & Issues. In this section you may peck at each photo in order to decide the winner of the "war of the fittest!" Whereas, you should select the guy that may inspire you to exercise and "get fit!" Warning: This may stoke you!

June 13, 2010 / Los Angeles Times / -- Jimmy OrrYou know when you have to say "I meant it was a compliment" that it didn't come off as a compliment.Utah Sen. Orrin Hatch is under fire from some in the gay community for saying "gays and lesbians don't pay tithing, their religion is politics" at a town hall meeting earlier this month.
Hatch said he was referring to the organizational strength and activism of the gay community, likening the group to environmentalists and labor unions, and not saying that they weren't religious.
"I was talking about politics and praising them for getting involved," Hatch explained to the Salt Lake City Tribune. "I was making the point that they don't just stand on the side; they actually support their Democratic candidates with their money."
Hatch said he admired that many gay people were "willing to pony up money for politics."
"I don't know how I could have been much more complimentary the way I said it," he said.
Judging from the reaction, maybe by not saying it all.
He received a gentle reprimand from the Affirmation group, a support group for gay Mormons. The executive director said, "If Sen. Hatch is rewording his statement or apologizing, we're certainly accepting of that apology."
But there was a much stronger rebuke from others. A writer from the LezGetReal Blog wrote that if the senator wanted any money from the LGBT community, he "might want to stop acting like a homophobic moron."
