ALL pics i use do HAVE AUTHORIZation CHECKED FOR RE-USE ON THE SITES I USE. However, i can teach you a trick and am happy to help. If you are a righty (RIGHT HANDED), you probably click the left side of the mouse. (if not do opposite). Now, instead of LEFT click, click RIGHT and "save as" to your files. HOPE THAT HELPS! Don, i see you live in my favorite city of the WHOLE USA. I would love it if you would send us a newletter to the group about gay life and key west. It is a town that every gay person needs to visit. I have so mANY stories from my 20 trips as that has always been my get-away paradise. Unfortunately, (workwise) it is limited to just a few cardiologists and since i am surgical, it would not make sense. But, i would move in heart beat if given the opportunity. I shall be moving back to south florida shortly. In fact, guys in the group will notice inturuptions in email from this group during the end of this month (sept) and oct, while i take possession of property during vacation. I plan to move officially within 6 months as i return to the medical center that i did my residency. Despise Daytime Hunger? Diet at Dinner
Attention, dieters: Are you sick and tired of feeling hungry and exhausted
by early afternoon? Fight daytime fatigue by following the "diet at dinner"
philosophy. Instead of skimping on breakfast, the most important meal of the
day, or lunch, the meal that takes you through to the end of the day, eat a
substantial breakfast and lunch and scale down on dinner.
After all, dinner takes place at the time of day that you're winding down
anyway. Your energy output is drastically decreasing, and there's no need to
stuff yourself if you're going to bed in a couple hours.
Although dinner is traditionally our largest meal in the Western lifestyle,
this is more of a social custom than anything else. It doesn't make sense to
eat your largest meal at the end of the day if you're trying to lose weight.
Don't diet at breakfast, and make sure you eat according to your hunger
status at lunchtime. Then, when dinnertime rolls around, you won't feel so
hungry that you end up overeating. Take your dinner portions down a notch,
and you may soon be tightening your belt buckle instead of loosening it.
