Not only does he wait 11 years to sue... but apparently the injury took 11 years to affect him to the point of needing surgery. :p
If anyone has more medical knowledge than I do, tell me how hard they would have had to hit him for it to take 11 years to mess his leg up? Because to me, it sounds more like something that would happen to a full-time athlete aggravating a sports injury without giving it time to heal.
