On the first of January all wrestlers started with a clean slate so
you see a lot of people lower on the card on the list. The stats are
compiled by televised matches wins/losses, title wins, etc. PPV's
matches rank higher (that's why so many TNA wrestlers are in the top
ten. They've already had a PPV, while WWE hasn't).
Cena isn't listed because he hasn't wrestled that much compared to
say, Albert del Rio who has wrestled on Raw, Smackdown and NXT. So
while a great deal of time may focus on an angle with Cena, he would
not rise in these rankings, but if Del Rio loses, he would.
Randy Orton is in the Raw top ten, but because of the same criteria
hasn't ranked high enough to get to the regular top ten. He runs out,
cuts promos, etc. But, needs to wrestle in more matches to rise.
