Re: [Peckers_Pics] Re: Keith Olbermann Ends Contract With MSNBC (VIDEO)

I wonder if his contract and being paid off for his last two years allows him to appear on other shows, with or without compensation? Anyone know? We need his voice along with Michael Moore and Rachal Maddow

I would like to see Keith find a place on Free Speech TV.  Its a small channel out of NYC that is carried by both Sattelite companies and supports progressive causes.  Keith would probably increase their viewership 10 fold in the first week.

I would love to sign a petition to that effect!  Anyone want to start one???  -  LEE

Moderator: oK, I have to weight in with what I know. Keith is not looking for a job. Keith wants to be a huge media conglomertae much like the Huffington Post. He wants to be a owner with no bosses and he knows how to do it. Our best of wishes to Kieth Olbermann. Meanwhile, others asked, where do you go? Continue to watch Rachel Maddow. Further Huffington Post is the best on-line news source. AS for Israel? it is pot luck. ......jake

Hopefully these TV journalists/newscasters will work for public  television or stay on the air somehow.
Now you know why I was going on about the RIGHT wing politics and I should have mwn mentioned the right wing TV networks.
Well unfortunately corporations are sometimes willing to sell to the highest bidder.
Forty years ago there were more network affiliates.
many have been bought up by the networks.
Let's face it....the networks are owned by big corporations.
Is CBS still o.k.??
Oh actually isn't thjat wherwe Morely Safer worked?
Anyway all we can do is pray.

it is not just being liberal. Keith is REAL!   He doesn't do it for the money.  He does it because he cares. This man has the greatest passion on the planet.   Comcast has no passion and no heart.  Jeff Zucker had to leave NBC as well.  Comcast will only keep the liberals they can control.  They knew that Keith did what he felt from the heart and could never be controlled.   We have lost the real thing!
Keith has not MSNBC's problem. MSNBC had poor ratings because it was a part-time news station, with no weekend news.   They needed to be a 7 day a week news network.  Keith had highest ratings of all of MSNBC.
Dump your comcast service now!   Go with ATT Uverse or go with satelite.  Comcast  is another Murdock!
