Well the NXT rookies already have WWE (developmental) contracts and I believe the TE contestants won't.
...And NXT was completely a work and TE always seemed more like a more legit competition. Remember when Puder almost made Angle tap and they tried to play it off?
Of course some of the losers get hired too, but not like NXT.

I was thinking that too. Maybe the IE contracts lasted a little bit longer than up to a Season 4.
Else I'm surprised as everybody that this is getting a 4th Season. What's going to be the prize if TE is a WWE contract?
