- Boycott advertisers of Glenn Beck on Fox News as well as all of FOX NEWS! Glenn has lied about Health-care, called our President a racist, and is anti-gay rights.
- We demand immediate end of DADT. It is out-right discrimination.
- Boycott Bill O'Reilly and FOX News and their advertisers. Bill discussed a French commerical by McDonalds that was meant to show that McDonalds is Gay Friendly. Bill said what is next? Is McDonalds going to get be Al-Qaida friendly as well? Further, Bill said that McDonalds would never show a gay friendly commercial in the USA. Imagine, Bill is comparing Gays to Al-Qaida.
- Boycott Arizona because of their uncivilized anti-Immigration Law that encourages racial profiling and increases hatred towards minorities. A remedy: Demand Republicans to support Immigration Reform.
- NEW: Boycott Target and Best Buy for donating money towards anti-gay political candidates/organizations.

Today's Health/Excercise Tip:The Beauty of BreakfastIs it really important to eat breakfast every day? Yes, according to the American Diabetes Association (ADA).
When you wake up, your body has been without food for 8-12 hours. If you have type 1 diabetes, you need food to balance your injected insulin. If you have type 2 diabetes, you may be trying to skip breakfast to cut calories and lose weight, but it can lead to overeating later. In fact, research shows that those who skip breakfast have higher blood cholesterol levels and extra pounds. In a study of "successful losers," compiled as The National Weight Control Registry, people who ate breakfast lost 30 pounds or more and kept it off for an average of 5.5 years.
So what's the best thing to have for that all-important first meal? Carbohydrate, protein and fiber, says the ADA. (Save high-fat foods like bacon, sausage and eggs for special occasions, the ADA recommends.) Cereal or an English muffin are good breakfasts, as well as low-fat milk or yogurt, and fruit. Of course, there's no rule that says breakfast can't be pasta tossed with low-fat ricotta cheese, says the ADA or even a leftover chicken breast with a piece of fruit.
What if you're just not hungry? To wake up with an appetite, the ADA recommends trying a smaller evening meal and spreading your calories more evenly throughout the day.
Once you get into the habit of eating breakfast and experience the better mood, performance and diabetes control it brings you'll never skip your morning meal again!
