Mayo Clinic diet journal, , Daily PLanner diet journal. also, on amazon
there are pocket size diet journals. Online, there are free diet
journals. Your family dr, nutritionist, a gym, GNC and any book store
will have a daily diet journal. Yes, go to the book store! Hope this
helps and i am pleased that someone spoke up and asked. It is the only
real way one can diet. You write down everything than you look back at
where you screw up and you see all the positive gains. Most people
forget what they eat. I will give you all a huge secret, and i
mentioned it before: Bagel, Bagel w/ nova, etc. Only ask for the top
half of the bagel and tell them to throw away the other half. Pasta:
ask for the sauce, but tell them to serve 1/2 the pasta. order vegi's
with your pasta. Order a snadwich and tell them to serve 1/2 only. If
you will not eat the 2nd half, tell them to wrap up the second half
before it hits your table. They won't cooperate? than change
restaurants.
