Bradley Cooper was cast as Faceman for the big-screen version of The A-Team, but it's his sculpted physique that makes him look like a member of an elite special forces unit. Turns out, his training plan is as easy as 1, 2, 3. Correction: 3, 2, 1, says Cooper's trainer, Ramon Braganza.

To carve out an action-hero body, Braganza has Cooper do six 10-minute mini-routines consisting of three cardio circuits, two weight-training circuits, and one core circuit. Here's how to do it:

1. Do 10 minutes of steady cardio, whether it be outside or on a treadmill, stationary bike, or rowing machine.

2. Do a weight-training circuit of three multi-muscle exercises, such as the squat, row, and bench press. Perform 10 to 12 reps of each exercise in succession, rest for only as long as you need, and repeat until your 10 minutes are up.

3. Do another cardio circuit, but this time do high-intensity intervals. A good option is to go for 30 seconds at 90 percent of your full effort, and then rest for 90 seconds. Repeat four more times.

4. Do another weight-training circuit. (Try reverse lunges, chinups, and shoulder presses.)

5. Do another cardio circuit (your choice).

6. Do 10 minutes of core exercises.

  • Boycott Arizona the home of "hater" - U.S. Senator John McCain. Arizona's Hateful anti-Immigration Law - encourages racial profiling and increases hatred towards minorities. A remedy: Demand Republicans to support Immigration Reform (The Dream Act). Further, Senator McCain voted against ending DADT and Blocked Immigration reform!
  • Boycott Target, Best Buy, Gold's Gym - for donating money towards anti-gay political candidates/organizations. Update: (12/26/2010): Target is continuing to donate to anti-gay groups/causes/politicians. Update 03/08/11 - Lady Gaga Ends Target Partnership, Reportedly Over Target's Poor LGBT Stance. Update 3/25/2010 - Target displays their hypocrisy and Sues California Gay Rights Group for Lobbying Outside Stores. Target is attempting to block the LGBT right of free speech! STOP SHOPPING AT TARGET!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Update 4/8/2011: Target lost its case to stop the LGBT from canvassing in front of their stores. A huge PR Disaster for TARGET! Perhaps Target should go out of business as they betrayed their investers and customer base. Target contributed massive funds to a politician who would like to exterminate gays. Now, Target can not stop us from Boycotting them, nor picketing, nor talking to customers near their stores; although, Target allows a anti-gay company such as the Salvation Army to stand outside their door and speak with customers and raise money. Isn't this a double standard?
  • End DOMA (Defense of Marriage Act). Prevents Federal employees and Gays in the Military from gaining equal benefits. Prevents Gay Partners from gaining equal benefits.
  • Pass ENDA (Employee Non-Discrimination Act). ENDA would prevent employment discrimination of LGBT workforce.
  • Boycott Salvation Army as they will not hire Gays! "DO NOT DONATE TO THEM."
  • BOYCOTT "Chick-fil-a" for donating to anti-gay marriage groups.
  • BOYCOTT KOCH INDUSTRIES PRODUCTS- to include their products: Angel Soft toilet paper / Brawny paper towels / Dixie plates, bowls, napkins & cups / Mardi Gras napkins and towels / Quilted Northern toilet paper / Soft 'n Gentle toilet paper / Sparkle napkins / Vanity fair napkins / Zee napkins / Georgia-Pacific paper products & envelopes / All Georgia-Pacific lumber & building products (INVISTA Products) / Lycra / Stainmaster Carpet. The billionaire - Koch brothers are ultra republican - tea bag founders/supporters that do not support causes of the LGBT community.
  • Boycott WALMART - The National Gay and Lesbian Task Force, force criticized Wal-Mart for denying employee benefits to same-s-x partners and for failing to prohibit discrimination based on gender identity. By comparison, the group said two other chain stores with a strong presence in New York, Costco and Walgreens, did much better.
  • Remember David Kato, Gay activist - Uganda, who was slain because he is gay!
  • "Tune Out Trump", Boycott all Trump Hotel, casinos, holdings, The Apprentice and NBC Network! At CPAC, Trump said he is considering a run for president as a Republican. In a interview with the Des Moines Register, Trump added that he opposes all forms of legal recognition for gay couples, not just marriage. "They should not be able to marry," he said. So why does NBC keep the Apprentice when Donald Trump has stated he may run for president? After making racist remarks about Obama and recv'g public backlash, Trump decided not to run for president after NBC renewed his awful TV Show. How can NBC re-new the clown's show after he pulled such hateful shenanigans? Boycott NBC! Boycott advertisers of The Apprentice and Trump's other business's. Don't shop at any bullding with Donald Trump's name to include Trump Hotels, Casinos, Condo's, Offices, Shops! The Donald has expressed extreme Hatred towards gays and blacks with his birther remarks and anti-gay rhetoric. Remember how poorly Trump treated Rosie O'Donnel? Now we know why he did that! It was hate against a lesbian as we now know he is biget. Unforgiveable! Again, Dump NBC because they air/re-newed Donald Trump's "The Apprentice"! Now the Donald Claims the Long Form Birth certificate is a fraud. And NBC keeps this guy?

Mark Tewksbury, Canadian Olympic gold medalist, comes out!

- Mark Tewksbury was one of the most celebrated athletes in Canada in the late 1980s and early 1990s. When he won the gold medal in the 1992 Summer Olympics for 100m backstroke, he was the first Canadian swimmer to capture gold since 1984 and the first Canadian to win gold in Barcelona. He won the race in incredible fashion, trailing the entire time until the final 5 meters; And he set an Olympic record along the way.
 
-In 1998, Tewksbury told the media that he was gay, becoming the first Canadian Olympian to do so. Tewksbury was also one of the last (if not the last) gay athletes to lose money because he came out of the closet when he was dropped from a motivational-speaking contract because he was "too gay."
 
-Since coming out, Tewksbury has had an on-and-off relationship with the Olympics because of alleged corruption he witnessed. But he's now on again as the official representative and spokesperson for the Canadian Olympic team next summer in London. He was also the co-president of the organizing committee for the First World Outgames in Montreal in 2006 and became a face of the event.
 
-He's a member of the Canadian Olympic Hall of Fame, the Canadian Sports Hall of Fame and the International Swimming Hall of Fame.

Eldar Kurtanidze, also known as Luka Kurtanidze (born April 16, 1972) is a Georgian wrestler. He has been a senior professional freestyle wrestler since 1992. He was a bronze medallist in both the Men's Freestyle 90 kg at the 1996 Summer Olympics and also Men's Freestyle 97 kg at the 2000 Summer Olympics. Thanks to Obama, Panetta for Ending 'Don't Ask, Don't Tell'

In the early days of his presidency, Bill Clinton suggested the military should re-examine its policy of dishonorably discharging gay men and lesbian women.

There were those who argued, and continued to believe, that his "mistake" was a key element in the loss of moderate support, which, in turn, resulted in the loss of control of the House of Representatives two years later.

Ultimately, "don't ask, don't tell" became the policy of the military, a policy that left men and women who were risking their lives to defend this country vulnerable to discharge if they failed to successfully hide a key part of their identity.

It was wrong. But for almost two decades, it was also political dynamite: too hot to touch.

The assumption was that integrating gay men and lesbian women openly into the military would somehow diminish its effectiveness and destroy morale. The assumption was that anyone who got near the issue would pay for it, unless they came from a super-safe liberal district.

The assumption was wrong.

Give credit to the military leaders who, in the past year, studied the issue and concluded that forcing people into the closet did not make the military more effective, and that allowing them to be open about their sexual orientation would not destroy morale.

No one - gay or straight - is allowed to sexually abuse others. But there has never been even a shred of evidence that abuse is more common among homosexuals than heterosexuals.

Give credit to the courageous men and women who served this country bravely even as second-class citizens, and who then had the courage to "come out" publicly and serve as shining examples of what was wrong with the policy.

Give credit to Leon Panetta, the new Secretary of Defense, who on Friday announced that gay men and lesbian women would, henceforth, not have to live in fear that their sexual orientation would be revealed even if they didn't tell.

And give credit to President Barack Obama, who was not afraid to play with what some believed was still dynamite.

I remember, three decades ago, when the gay men who were working with me on the Democratic platform were "afraid" that a convention floor fight about whether our antidiscrimination policy should be amended to include the phrase "sexual orientation" would do them more harm than good.

Those men are now dead, lost to AIDS, but their determination, and their understanding that change takes time as well as courage, provided the foundation for where we are today.

No American, gay or straight, black or brown, male or female, should ever be denied the privilege to serve our country because of who they are. I am grateful to every one of them; grateful that they are willing to put their lives on the line; proud of their patriotism and their courage.

Thanks to their courage, thanks to the honesty of military leaders, thanks to the wisdom of Secretary Panetta and the determination of President Obama, gays and lesbians will be able to serve proudly and openly in the military.

Sixty days after Panetta's order, "don't ask, don't tell" will join the policies discriminating against African-Americans and the rules unduly limiting the careers of servicewomen as a discredited chapter of our history.

There are many things wrong with Washington today. There are many issues on which politics triumphs over principle. For many years, this was one of those issues.

Obama ran on a platform of hope and change. In this, he delivered on that promise.
Every gay and lesbian person who has been lucky enough to survive the turmoil of growing up is a survivor. Survivors always have an obligation to those who will face the same challenges."
