Take Action:

• Boycott advertisers of Glenn Beck on Fox News as well as all of FOX NEWS!  Glenn has lied about Health-care, called our President a racist, and is anti-gay rights.
• We demand immediate end of DADT. It is out-right discrimination.
• Boycott Bill O'Reilly and FOX News and their advertisers.  Bill discussed a French commerical by McDonalds that was meant to show that McDonalds is Gay Friendly. Bill said what is next? Is McDonalds going to get be Al-Qaida friendly as well?  Further, Bill said that McDonalds would never show a gay friendly commercial in the USA.   Imagine,  Bill is comparing Gays to Al-Qaida.
• Boycott Arizona because of their uncivilized anti-Immigration Law that encourages racial profiling and increases hatred towards minorities.  A remedy: Demand Republicans to  support Immigration Reform.

Late-night French fry consumption may be good for Burger King's bottom line, but it's terrible for yours! Starchy carbs, such as potatoes, rice and pasta, are designed to give you high energy. But most of us are less active in the evening than we are during the day. Since our bodies won't need the energy, the carbs will be stored as fat instead.

A good rule of thumb is to avoid carbs high in starch after your afternoon snack. But, if you really must have starchy carbs with dinner, be sure to keep an eye on your portion sizes. Eat the protein on your plate first to help you fill up, and keep your meal balanced and your hunger in check by starting with a salad or a broth-based soup. If you're still hungry later, do your body good: nosh on a piece of fruit or indulge in a piece of antioxidant-rich dark chocolate.

Tel Aviv launches new gay travel PR campaign

Tel Aviv, Israel --- Tel Aviv wants you to come visit and spend money.

The Israeli city's tourism bureau has launched a new PR initiative called "Tel Aviv Gay Vibe."

The ad campaign will primarily targets LGBT tourists coming from France and Germany.

"The gay market, they have money to spend and they love very much the stylized life of Tel Aviv," said Tourism Association CEO Etti Gargir. "They like the good life."

Travelers will be offered discounts on food, flights, hotels and tours.

PinkNews UK - says Tel Aviv is already known as gay-friendly, so there are no great barriers to overcome.

However, the city's gay community is still recovering from an attack at a gay youth community center last year. A youth counselor and a teenager were shot to death. Fifteen other people were wounded. The gunman was never found.

Every gay and lesbian person who has been lucky enough to survive the turmoil of growing up is a survivor. Survivors always have an obligation to those who will face the same challenges."
