Take Action:
- Boycott advertisers of Glenn Beck on Fox News as well as all of FOX NEWS! Glenn has lied about Health-care, called our President a racist, and is anti-gay rights.
- We demand immediate end of DADT. It is out-right discrimination.
- Boycott Bill O'Reilly and FOX News and their advertisers. Bill discussed a French commerical by McDonalds that was meant to show that McDonalds is Gay Friendly. Bill said what is next? Is McDonalds going to get be Al-Qaida friendly as well? Further, Bill said that McDonalds would never show a gay friendly commercial in the USA. Imagine, Bill is comparing Gays to Al-Qaida.
- Boycott Arizona because of their uncivilized anti-Immigration Law that encourages racial profiling and increases hatred towards minorities. A remedy: Demand Republicans to support Immigration Reform.
- NEW: Boycott Target and Best Buy for donating money towards anti-gay polical candidates.organizations.

Today's Health/Excercise Tip:Energy Zapper: A sugar- and fat-filled breakfast
Mom always told you to eat breakfast. But wolfing down a bagel or muffin as you sprint out the door isn't the nutrition she had in mind.
That carbohydrate-rich meal tastes great, but you'll be crashing in a few hours.
Sugar-and-starch combos boost energy temporarily because of the way our bodies process glucose (sugar), says Stuart Fischer, M.D., founder of the Park Avenue Diet and author of Dr. Fischer's Little Book of Big Medical Emergencies. Eating stimulates the pancreas to release the hormone insulin, which helps glucose enter your cells and gives you an energy burst.
A typical sugar-loaded breakfast puts too much glucose too quickly into the bloodstream. The cells can't absorb it all, so excess glucose is converted to the molecule glycogen, which is stored in the liver and muscle tissue. That's when blood sugar levels drop and you start to drag.
If glucose levels drop too much, "your brain can get a little fuzzy," Cheung says. "Some people have trouble concentrating."
Re-energize: Start the day with whole grains and/or lean protein, which take longer to convert into glucose and can sustain energy levels for longer periods.
Fisher's breakfast Rx? A bowl of oatmeal or two boiled or poached eggs with tomato and lettuce.
This group is called "Peckers PICS." The English - slang definition of "pecker" is to pluck at the truth. Therefore, we peck at items such as Gay Men's Health and Male Fitness, Gay (LGBT) Politics & Issues. In this section you may peck at each photo in order to decide the winner of the "war of the fittest!" Whereas, you should select the guy that may inspire you to exercise and "get fit!" Warning: This may stoke you!

Those new campaign finance laws that allow corporations to get more involved in political campaign advertising are getting an early test. According to ABC News, Target Corp. is getting blasted by gay rights advocates after news emerged that the company had donated $150,000 to a Minnesota-based political group called MN Forward that is backing gubernatorial candidate Republican Tom Emmer.
Gay rights groups are angry because Emmer has frequently opposed gay rights and same-sex marriage and has voiced support for a Christian rock band whose members have praised the execution of gays in Muslim countries.
The revelation has inspired some longtime Target shoppers to cut up their Target credit cards and threaten boycotts. Target CEO Gregg Steinhafel defended the contribution saying, "Target has a history of supporting organizations and candidates, on both sides of the aisle, who seek to advance policies aligned with our business objectives, such as job creation and economic growth It is also important to note that we rarely endorse all advocated positions of organizations or candidates we support, and we do not have a political or social agenda." He also reiterated the chain's commitment to supporting the GLBT community and running an inclusive company that provides domestic partner benefits and supports Twin Cities Pride, which plans the state's annual Gay Pride celebration.
Target's not the only company supporting MN Forward. Best Buy has also contributed to the cause with a hefty sum of $100,000.
Some gay rights advocates who feel betrayed slammed Target for trying to have it "both ways," by supporting Emmer while publicizing efforts in support of gay rights. A Facebook group supporting a Target boycott has already attracted more than 5,000 members.
Should Target Take a Financial Hit for Its Campaign Spending?
"Every gay and lesbian person who has been lucky enough to survive the turmoil of growing up is a survivor. Survivors always have an obligation to those who will face the same challenges."
