Re: [Peckers_Pics] Fitness question

Make sure you are drinking plenty of water.
You should be drinking half of whatever your current weight is in ounces.
That's the very minimum you should be consuming daily!!

Moderator: Umm, we can drink ourselves to death. Most cardiac patients are cautioned on fluid intake limit. Further, we have had healthy youg adult die of high fluid intake. 8 glass's of 8 ounce daily of water is required for healthy adults. No increase required with out medication supervision. .....Jake

Roger, Jake is right on the mark with the split exercises.  But in addition to
that, one should also watch the intake of food.  One of the best exercises is
the "Push out!"  That is push out away from the table!  (Okay, old joke, but
true.)  Basically take one moderate serving of a balanced meal, eating until you
are no longer hungry, but not full or stuffed.  Drinking a full 8-oz. of water
15 to 30 minutes before meals will also go a long way to your losing weight.
Have snacks throughout the day, but make those snacks a variety of fresh
fruits.  I always have a banana as a snack before bed.  Good luck with your
exercise/food control regimin.

Hank
