[Peckers_Pics] Fitness question

Anyone chime in...


I'm trying to lose weight and in addition to doing weights do 60 minutes on an elliptical machine.A friend said that instead of doing 60 minutes, I should do short bursts of intense cardio.
I'm thinking that both have merit, but what has been your experiences?

Moderator: depends on your physical state, height, weight, age. I do prefer to split cardio and do weights in middle. split cardio and do it at beginning and end. Some who are attemping to loose weight/fat do few bursts of cardio between each weight lifting segment. This will help increase metabolism. ....Jake
