• Boycott advertisers of Glenn Beck on Fox News as well as all of FOX NEWS!  Glenn has lied about Health-care, called our President a racist, and is anti-gay rights.
• We demand immediate end of DADT. It is out-right discrimination.
• Boycott Bill O'Reilly and FOX News and their advertisers.  Bill discussed a French commerical by McDonalds that was meant to show that McDonalds is Gay Friendly. Bill said what is next? Is McDonalds going to get be Al-Qaida friendly as well?  Further, Bill said that McDonalds would never show a gay friendly commercial in the USA.   Imagine, Bill is comparing Gays to Al-Qaida.
• Boycott Arizona because of their uncivilized anti-Immigration Law that encourages racial profiling and increases hatred towards minorities.  A remedy: Demand Republicans to  support Immigration Reform.
• NEW: Boycott Target and Best Buy for donating money towards anti-gay political candidates/organizations.

Today's Health/Excercise Tip:

Lateral Squat

 

Moving side to side in this lateral squat requires a lot of balance and hip stabilization – a job perfect for your gluteus medius. Remember, this muscle is positioned not where you consider your butt to be, but rather on the side of your hip. Be sure to keep your hips and shoulders in line, and don't allow your knee to drop forward over your toes.

Step 1: With your hands on your hips, stand with your feet about a foot wider than shoulder-width apart.
Step 2: Squat down to the side toward one leg, while keeping the opposite leg straight, through a count of 10 seconds.
Step 3: At the maximum tension point, hold for 2 seconds. Return to the starting position through a count of 10 seconds.
Step 4: Alternate sides without resting. Perform 2 reps on each side, totaling 4 reps.

'True Blood' Sucks Up '90210's' Michael Steger For Gay Escort Role

Michael Steger will shed his romantic 90210 image to play a gay prostitute on HBO's vampire drama True Blood.

According to Entertainment Tonight, Steger will guest star on the show's August 12 episode.

Steger, who plays romantic Navid Shirazi on the CW's nighttime teenage drama 90210, will take on the role of Tony, a gay prostitute who gets picked up by one of the show's regular gay characters, King of Mississippi Russell Edgington (played by openly gay Denis O'Hare). Edgington is drawn to Tony because he reminds him of his partner of 700 years, Talbot (played by Theo Alexander).

Steger might return to the role on a recurring basis in season 4.

90210 producers say one man will come out gay this fall. Steger's character of Navid is among the men in the running. Also being considered are Trevor Donovan's all-American character Teddy and bad boy Liam, played by Matt Lanter.

True Blood is the creation of openly gay director-writer Alan Ball. Ball is best known for penning the 2000 Oscar-winning movie American Beauty and more recently HBO's gay-inclusive Six Feet Under.
