to Phill Harris : a m e n. we do not need to copy other peoples system , we do have one tested for centuries that works pretty damn good . you are 100% right when you stated ""American health care companies spend around 20% or so of their revenues on paying healt benefits. Where do you suppose the remaining 70 to 80% of those revenues go to? "" .- this is the outcome ""Would it be too far fetched to possibly consider that some of those billions of $$ end up as bonus money for corporate executives who direct their employees to deny health care claims in far to many cases? Suppose some of those billions of $$ end up in politicians pockets?"" .- what we must keep clear is USA constitutional right , no questions , is a mandatory fact : "" any well meaning, honest, caring politician must want his/her constituents to have the finest health care at the best possible price."" .-At the end we have That applies to members of any political party. Suppose they might have ulterior motives? In either party corruption is in either party , is not the good of the wealthfare of the country ( as they proclaim ) to lead them forward , is a personal gain regardless of the means . THAT is what we need to end. morgan ps: you are good with words , use them , lets make a loud noice for the change to take a go . --- On Wed, 2/2/11, Phil Harris <phil.harris39@yahoo.com> wrote:

It would be nice if the USA Congress would base an all-new American health care system on the French model. They spend around 1/3 of what Americans spend on heath care per person, but their methods produce better health care. One big reason: insurance companies as we know them in the USA are not used. American health care companies spend around 20% or so of their revenues on paying healt benefits. Where do you suppose the remaining 70 to 80% of those revenues go to? Would it be too far fetched to possibly consider that some of those billions of $$ end up as bonus money for corporate executives who direct their employees to deny health care claims in far to many cases? Suppose some of those billions of $$ end up in politicians pockets? Why would any well meaning, honest, caring politician not want his/her constituents to have the finest health care at the best possible price? That applies to members of any political party. Suppose they might have ulterior motives? In either party? Cou | __._,_.___ All members of "Peckers PICS" are requested to join our "Obama Biden 2008" group as it runs in conjunction to this group.
