LOL...I do have to say though, if the person is a jerk on the job
and gets fired, well, then they get fired for being a jerk but never
simply because they are gay.
 
Thanks for another tip on places to donate that are good charities
that don't discriminate against people.

Bear, that is the sad truth!  Why would any  gay friendly person, or gay person donate to a organization that has in fact directly fired gay people because they are in fact "gay" ????   They even have it in their literature and got authorization that they may do it from the US Supreme Court.  I do not know how any person can stomach this.

I personally give to Poverello Center, who's mission is to help those with HIV.  In my area, they have a center in Wilton Manors (FT Lauderdale, Fl). 

I appreciate the fact that some of you are sharing wonderful places to donate.  That is  a very positive step.
