Jake:

Just have Mr. Finegan watch this video and maybe that will give him some perspective on why others are so proud to re-elect Pres. Obama:

Obama can not go out a raise a billion dollars to run his reelection campaign and claim he is not working for the 1 percent. Wayne

Will end by 2014. Terorism is real Terorisms gaing nuclear weopons is real. do i agree with everything? no. so i gather, you should vote for Gingrich and Romney. I will safely vote for Pres. Obama. If Pres. Obama turns on wall street during a national depresion, he will not be re-elected. Further, funny as it is, his money is not coming from wall street. explain that? why don't you pick the fight in the correct forum to discuss this? This is a gay rights group. Hi Terry;
Why would u be disallussioned by your president?  President Obama??? For real? He signed the hate crime Bill that protects  Gay People.  No other president sign that!
Pres. Obama reversed DADT during war time. That took Guts.  He is still for reversing DOMA and has stated so.  He can not say he is for Gay marriage. That will not get him re-elected. With a depression, that would be suicide. But, by stating he is for reversing Doma, to me that is politically a equvalent that is acceptable and i know he will get the job done.  But, i do blame us for not work hard in 2010 to get democratics elected.  You are diaapointed in congress?  Who volunteered to get congress people elected. I was a very lonely volunteer in a democratic office, unlike 2008.
Pres. Obama has now enacted a new standard that I never knew was coming. He will not give out US aid to a country that fails on gay rights. WOW.  And the UN has enacted world wide policy and delivered its 1st wold wife LGBT report.
How on earth can you be dissapointed with your president?  I am so saddened by your remarks.  I am so stoked by our president. I look up to Pres. Obama as he inspires me.
....Jake

> We offer involvement in our cities, towns, and villages. We offer
> engagement with those that need. We offer ourselves to the
> betterment of our country and the future. We offer participation
> in civic culture as a defense against the weaknesses of apathy
> and self-absorption. We offer to be active, American citizens.
