Hi members,

Will not be posting for the next few days as I will be away. But, fear
not, I shall return if there are no hurricanes in Florida on FRiday
evening (where i shall be to take care of peronal matters). So if your
message is not approved, please do not get upset.

For the member who just posted, that was incredible stuff you shared -
regarding your health/weight. You are absolutely correct. When i hang
with obese friends I tend to over-eat as they do. When i dine with
healthy/slim/fit friends, i eat less, stay healthy and remain active.
Therefore, i made a life-choice to live long and keep fit. You are
correct, the other fit people are not snobs. They have learned the same
as i have.

For other members, it is your choice! You own your body. That is a
huge business in itself.
