[Peckers_Pics] Male/Gay Health-Discussion-PICS Re: Male/Gay Health-Discussion-PICS Attack on fitness model and LGBT

Scott Herman was indeed attacked in Salem, New Hampshire, not the more famous Massachusetts city of the same name. Salem, NH is right on the Mass. border and a Boston suburb. I figured out which state had jurisdiction just before I started the Anti-Violence Project brief, which we filed today with the  prosecutors in Salem and Rockingham County, NH. A brief citing Massachusetts law would not be persuasive in the Granite State (where some spoilsports call us “Massholes.”)
