  • Boycott advertisers of Glenn Beck on Fox News as well as all of FOX NEWS!  Glenn has lied about Health-care, called our President a racist, and is anti-gay rights.
  • We demand immediate end of DADT. It is out-right discrimination.
  • Boycott Bill O'Reilly and FOX News and their advertisers.  Bill discussed a French commerical by McDonalds that was meant to show that McDonalds is Gay Friendly. Bill said what is next? Is McDonalds going to get be Al-Qaida friendly as well?  Further, Bill said that McDonalds would never show a gay friendly commercial in the USA.   Imagine,  Bill is comparing Gays to Al-Qaida.
  • Boycott Arizona because of their uncivilized anti-Immigration Law that encourages racial profiling and increases hatred towards minorities.  A remedy: Demand Republicans to  support Immigration Reform.

Behind the Curtain
 
One of my favorite movies of all time is "The Wizard of OZ." The most dramatic scene is where Dorothy's dog Toto pulls open a curtain to reveal that the real Wizard of OZ in only a mortal man. In a way, we're all like that manufactured OZ: Behind our actions, there's also someone pushing buttons and pulling levers, bringing our behavior to life. Who is it behind your behavioral curtain? Well, it's YOU!

One of the keys to gaining control of your life and behavior is coming to terms with the person behind the curtain. The truth is that we all have a behavior manager inside our heads. The better you get to know this manager, the better control you will find. So today I ask you to think about how you behave. Becoming aware of and gaining control over the manager within you can improve your life drastically. What's even better is that you don't have to travel over the rainbow to find this better life. Once you join forces and become one with the internal manager behind your behavioral curtain, you're truly home. As that great old movie reminds us, there's no place like home!

Charges dropped against gay veteran protester

(AP) / July 14, 2010

WASHINGTON --- Prosecutors have dropped all charges against an openly gay Iraq War veteran who twice chained himself to a White House fence to protest the military's "don't ask, don't tell" policy.

Lt. Dan Choi and James Pietrangelo, a gay army captain honorably discharged for disclosing his sexual orientation, were in court Wednesday on charges of failure to obey police orders during the March and April protests. All charges were dropped against them.

Choi and his attorney had subpoenaed President Barack Obama to appear, but an attorney for the prosecution said the subpoena wasn't served.

Prosecutor Christine Chang declined to comment on why the government dropped the case.

Choi said he believes Obama administration officials didn't want to draw attention to the policy.

"Every gay and lesbian person who has been lucky enough to survive the turmoil of growing up is a survivor. Survivors always have an obligation to those who will face the same challenges."
