WWE News: Update from WWE on Ricky Steamboat's health

WWE has updated their medical report on Ricky Steamboat, saying his
prognosis for recovery is "good to excellent." Steamboat was reportedly
hospitalized yesterday after experiencing neck and shoulder pain.
The Wrestling Observer reports Steamboat suffered a brain aneurysm last

WWE also updated their report to claim Steamboat's injuries were not related
to the "stunt" on Monday's Raw when he was attacked by the Nexus group as
part of a storyline.
"According to medical officials, his condition is most likely not related to
his performance on Monday night, and Ricky's medical prognosis is good to
excellent," WWE said in the update.
In the initial report, WWE said, "It is not clear if his current condition
is related to his performance on Monday night. WWE is waiting to hear more
from the attending physicians."

I don't think she, working with TNA, would have posted that if it wasn't
really true considering the fact that the "beating" Steamboat took from the
WWE NXT wrestlers work for a rival company and not with TNA. I wonder if he
was injured from that or something else.
