Sometimes all you need to achieve your fitness goals is a little perspective. I have a good friend who once worked at a Disneyland concession stand. It didn't pay well but she loved it more than any other job she'd ever had. That's because everywhere else she was just an employee. At the park, however, she was a cast member. When she thought of herself as a performer, not an employee, it changed her entire focus at work.
For you to achieve your ideal body, you, too, must create a positive nickname for yourself - one that gets you excited about exercising and eating well. Too many people unconsciously label themselves in ways that make them feel bad: over the hill, overeater, couch potato, and so on. I want you to select a positive nickname for yourself - one that works for you. Then ask your friends, family or fitness support team to call you by this nickname. Every time they refer to you by your new nickname it will fuel your motivation and your success!
- Boycott advertisers of Glenn Beck - Fox News. Glenn Beck is anti-gay rights.
- Update: DADT has been repealed. President Obama has kept his promise!

- Boycott Arizona the home of "hater" - U.S. Senator John McCain. Arizona's Hateful anti-Immigration Law - encourages racial profiling and increases hatred towards minorities. A remedy: Demand Republicans to support Immigration Reform (The Dream Act). Further, Senator McCain voted against ending DADT and Blocked Immigration reform!

The billionaire - Koch brothers are ultra republican - tea bag founders/supporters that do not support causes of the LGBT community.

Apple needs to know that the decision to allow this App on their products is a fallacious idea!
