I can tell you what has worked for me , I stopped drinking soda... only non sweetened iced tea or water, also I eat less but more often... also I work out 2 to 3 times a week and take a supplement called Lipo-6 and it realy helps.. since Nov 2010 I have gone from a 42 waist to a 33 waist .
