A stability ball is a great workout tool that's easy to use and inexpensive to boot. You can buy one online or in most sporting goods stores. They come in small, medium and large, so make sure to buy the one that makes sense for your body size. Beginners might want to get a slightly larger ball, which will have a bigger base to provide more support.
Performing moves on a stability ball will bring you more results than if you did them on solid ground. Because your body has to work extra hard to balance on top of the ball, you work your core muscles and stabilizer muscles in addition to the muscle you're isolating. You can easily modify most standing exercises to work on a stability ball and make the exercise more challenging, such as performing biceps curls and shoulder presses while sitting on your ball.
Your bouncy tool is also a great piece of equipment for toning your abs. By lying on your ball to do your crunches, you'll force your abdominal muscles to act as stabilizers for your whole body, in addition to working them as you crunch up. If you've already completed your strength workout, you can use the ball for a variety of stretches and cool-down moves too. Because the balls can be used for yoga, strength and cardio classes, they are becoming a common fixture at many gyms. So what are you waiting for? Get with the program and have a ball working out!

Boycott Fox's Owner "Rupert Murcoch" and get him thrown in jail for illegal - political donations, corruption, greed, bribery, hacking!
- Boycott Arizona the home of "hater" - U.S. Senator John McCain. Arizona's Hateful anti-Immigration Law - encourages racial profiling and increases hatred towards minorities. A remedy: Demand Republicans to support Immigration Reform (The Dream Act). Further, Senator McCain voted against ending DADT and Blocked Immigration reform!
- Boycott Target, Best Buy, Gold's Gym - for donating money towards anti-gay political candidates/organizations. Update: (12/26/2010): Target is continuing to donate to anti-gay groups/causes/politicians. Update 03/08/11 - Lady Gaga Ends Target Partnership, Reportedly Over Target's Poor LGBT Stance. Update 3/25/2010 - Target displays their hypocrisy and Sues California Gay Rights Group for Lobbying Outside Stores. Target is attempting to block the LGBT right of free speech! STOP SHOPPING AT TARGET!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Update 4/8/2011: Target lost its case to stop the LGBT from canvassing in front of their stores. A huge PR Disaster for TARGET! Perhaps Target should go out of business as they betrayed their investers and customer base. Target contributed massive funds to a politician who would like to exterminate gays. Now, Target can not stop us from Boycotting them, nor picketing, nor talking to customers near their stores; although, Target allows a anti-gay company such as the Salvation Army to stand outside their door and speak with customers and raise money. Isn't this a double standard?

- BOYCOTT KOCH INDUSTRIES PRODUCTS- to include their products: Angel Soft toilet paper / Brawny paper towels / Dixie plates, bowls, napkins & cups / Mardi Gras napkins and towels / Quilted Northern toilet paper / Soft 'n Gentle toilet paper / Sparkle napkins / Vanity fair napkins / Zee napkins / Georgia-Pacific paper products & envelopes / All Georgia-Pacific lumber & building products (INVISTA Products) / Lycra / Stainmaster Carpet. The billionaire - Koch brothers are ultra republican - tea bag founders/supporters that do not support causes of the LGBT community.
- Boycott WALMART - The National Gay and Lesbian Task Force, force criticized Wal-Mart for denying employee benefits to same-s-x partners and for failing to prohibit discrimination based on gender identity. By comparison, the group said two other chain stores with a strong presence in New York, Costco and Walgreens, did much better.
- Remember David Kato, Gay activist - Uganda, who was slain because he is gay!
- "Tune Out Trump", Boycott all Trump Hotel, casinos, holdings, The Apprentice and NBC Network! At CPAC, Trump said he is considering a run for president as a Republican. In a interview with the Des Moines Register, Trump added that he opposes all forms of legal recognition for gay couples, not just marriage. "They should not be able to marry," he said. So why does NBC keep the Apprentice when Donald Trump has stated he may run for president? After making racist remarks about Obama and recv'g public backlash, Trump decided not to run for president after NBC renewed his awful TV Show. How can NBC re-new the clown's show after he pulled such hateful shenanigans? Boycott NBC! Boycott advertisers of The Apprentice and Trump's other business's. Don't shop at any bullding with Donald Trump's name to include Trump Hotels, Casinos, Condo's, Offices, Shops! The Donald has expressed extreme Hatred towards gays and blacks with his birther remarks and anti-gay rhetoric. Remember how poorly Trump treated Rosie O'Donnel? Now we know why he did that! It was hate against a lesbian as we now know he is biget. Unforgiveable! Again, Dump NBC because they air/re-newed Donald Trump's "The Apprentice"! Now the Donald Claims the Long Form Birth certificate is a fraud. And NBC keeps this guy?

Bank Of America Fires Anti-Gay Marriage Frank Turek

Bank of America has fired motivational speaker Frank Turek over his anti-gay marriage book. Earlier this year, California-based Cisco Systems did the same.
Turek is the author of Correct, Not Politically Correct: How Same-Sex Marriage Hurts Everyone. The 143-page book was published in 2008.
"I get a lot of flak for just actually agreeing with what a majority of Americans agree on and that is that marriage is between one man and one woman," Turek said on American Family Radio, the Christian Post reported.
According to Turek, the bank effectively fired him three days before he was to give a productivity in the workplace presentation titled Why Can't You Be Normal Just Like Me?
"What does sexual activity, a person's sexual preference have to do with work productivity anyway?" Turek asked the bank in a letter.
He added that he wants all corporations to "stop trying to indoctrinate employees into accepting certain sexual behaviors, particularly homosexuality."
In an op-ed published last week on the AFA's Rightly Concerned blog, the Charlotte, South Carolina-based speaker wrote that he's out to warn gay and lesbian people to avoid getting run over by a truck.

Gay Marriage Issue Returns To California Court

Should the groups who helped California's ban on gay marriage earn voter approval in 2008 be allowed to prevent the ban from being killed by the courts?
The California Supreme Court, which will hear arguments on the issue on Tuesday, will have until early December to render its nonbinding recommendation on whether or not they should. The final binding decision will come from the U.S. 9th Circuit Court of Appeals in San Francisco, which asked for the California Supreme Court's recommendation.
"This court customarily defers to state law," said Jesse Choper, an expert on federal law at UC Berkeley. "That's why the 9th Circuit in this case is getting an authoritative decision about whether the proponents of Prop 8 have standing [according to state laws.]"
Many legal experts expect the state court will find that the supporters of the Proposition 8 ban on gay marriage do have standing to defend their initiative in court because the state's top elected officials -- all Democrats in favor of allowing same-sex marriage -- refuse to do so. That's where the good news would end for supporters of a ban. The 9th Circuit likely would uphold a federal district judge's ruling that a ban on gay marriage is unconstitutional.
Proposition 8 supporters then could appeal to the U.S. Supreme Court, but experts remain divided on whether justices even would take the case or how broad a ruling they would issue. The U.S. Supreme Court has been more strict in interpreting rules for standing than lower federal courts and California courts.
Tuesday marks the first day of the California Supreme Court's term, and the Proposition 8 hearing will mark the first hearing for newly-minted justice Goodwin Liu.
